How State Five collects, uses, and protects information about website visitors and community members.
Information we collect
We collect anonymous website analytics and the Discord and FiveM identifiers needed to operate the community. Support tickets are handled through Discord and are subject to Discord's platform privacy practices in addition to State Five's staff access controls.
How we use it
We use this data to run the server, moderate the community, answer Discord tickets, prevent abuse, and improve the experience. We never sell personal data.
Retention and access
Records are retained only while they are reasonably needed for support, moderation, security, legal, or operational purposes. Access is limited to authorized staff.
